I was shocked to find this photo of a Halloween costume of one of Hewlett Packard employees in the Guadalajara, Mexico site.

did this person decided that it would be a good idea to be dressed up as a KKK?. What I was more shocked about is why she was allowed to wear at WORK!!!! How come supervisors didn't say a word to her? and yet the photo was posted publicly.

This is a shame and something needs to be done to fix the offensiveness of the costume, regardless of the intentions or ignorance of the person who wore it.

i totally agree with you! this is a horrible display of simple minds. in no way is this funny. the uniform symbolizes racism because not only was it worn during the days of slavery, it is currently being worn! wearing this "costume" merely states that racism is "alright". i don't know how this person is still working in an international company in mexico! it is ironic that a non-white is wearing this costume. this whole thing is DISGUSTING!
